KOOFIT GPP
Our General Physical Preparedness Program lays the groundwork and foundation to improve athletic development. Kids will have the opportunity to work on all around conditioning to improve strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, structure and skill. This program emphasizes a wide variety of skills and exercises including running, jumping, throwing, balance and teamwork.

PRE-TEEN ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Our Pre-Teen Athletic Development Program contains all the fundamentals for athletic development. It’s designed with a translation to sports and everyday activities in mind. We bring an athlete-centered approach that allows our students to reach their fullest potential while strengthening their self confidence, resilience and outlook on life. This program’s mission is to ensure that our athletes maximize their athletic abilities (speed, power, strength, agility, skills and mindset that will take them to the next level) while minimizing the risk of injury.

Our foundational workouts are a dynamic blend of strength training, endurance, and functional movements tailored to all fitness levels. We foster team building within a competitive landscape so that all participants get the best of each workout! BASKETBALL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM
Our Basketball Strength & Conditioning Program focuses on developing speed, power, agility, endurance, and skills that will translate to increasing performance on the court. We also utilize a variety of corrective movements that prevent common injuries related to the sport (ankle sprains, knee, and foot injuries. Along with the physical attributes, our training system prioritizes the mental aspect of the game as well. The program's mission is to deliver the structure and environment that allow our athletes to become well rounded and confident basketball players.

KARATE
Our yearly curriculum covers punching, kicking, breakfalls, takedowns, self defence and conditioning. Students are graded every two months for stripes and belts, all the way up to an internationally recognized karate black belt! What makes our Karate program different from others in Vancouver is our class size. We limit our class sizes to ensure that your child gets the attention they need to succeed! Students will be under the guidance of Sensei William Wright, a seasoned competitor and instructor decorated with over 10 years of experience training athletes and 4 years of competing for the Canadian National Team.

BOXING
All levels welcome! Our class covers the foundations of boxing anchored by the sweet scientific nuances of the sport! We practice the fundamentals; from working on head movement, covering distance and timing your combos. Our program targets all the muscles of your arms, upper body and core! After our symphony of punches, each session concludes with an adrenaline-filled 20 minute roller coaster ride of conditioning. Cycling your heart rate through the ceiling and all the way back down. Get your gloves ready for an unbelievable, heart pumping, and addictive cardio session.

SOCCER PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Soccer is a dynamic sport that utilizes aerobic and anaerobic energy systems coupled with sport-specific skills. That being said, our Soccer Performance Training program focuses on improving physical, mental and technical abilities to maximize your performance on the pitch. Our program seeks to develop robust fundamental movement patterns that eventually transition into more sport-specific skills - ultimately preventing injury, developing athleticism and improving young athletes’ physical literacy.

RACKET SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Our Racket Sports Performance Program teaches our athlete the importance of developing coordination, footwork, technique, and proper movement patterns through individual and group settings. We also implement drills and exercises that increase power, explosiveness, stability, strength, agility and plyometrics that’s fully transferrable to the sport.
